Each ceremony is entirely bespoke, thoughtfully created from the ground up so you can include the rituals, readings, and moments that feel most meaningful. If certain traditions or elements are new to you or your guests, Kathy gently guides everyone through them, ensuring your celebration is inclusive, engaging, and beautifully understood by all.

What Can Be Included?
Your ceremony can be as simple or as richly layered as you wish. Together, you might include:

Kathy will weave in cultural and spiritual rituals from around the world. These may include, but are not limited to, hand-tying, sand ceremonies, unity candles, knot tying, garland exchanges, broom jumping, breaking of the glass, or other African, Caribbean, European, Asian, and multicultural traditions. Every element is introduced with care and respect so that all guests feel connected and included.
Your Ceremony Package

Initial Zoom(agreed virtual platform) meeting
Initial Planning meeting (Preferably in person)
Second -In person meeting
Final read-through if required
Bespoke Personalised Script
Kathy’s personal attendance and delivery of the ceremony
Research and arrangement of a symbolic element/ritual, if desired (purchasable materials will be additional)
Close contact throughout the process
Liaison with key family or friend contributors (up to three)
Edits up to 3 weeks prior to the event, by prior agreement
Consultation with the venue, suppliers and other key people involved in the ceremony
A presentation copy of the ceremony script as a keepsake (within 2 weeks following the ceremony)
Ceremony certificate (if required)
